Dr. Billy Wilson is a visionary leader, pastor, and educator with a deep passion for equipping the next generation to carry the message of Jesus Christ. Born and raised in the United States, he has dedicated his life to fostering Spirit-empowered leadership and global unity within the body of Christ. His journey in ministry has taken him across the world, preaching, teaching, and mentoring leaders in over 100 nations.
As the President of Oral Roberts University (ORU) since 2013, he has overseen the university’s remarkable growth, expanding its influence to become one of the most globally diverse Christian institutions. Beyond academia, Dr. Wilson serves as Global Chair of Empowered21, an international network committed to ensuring that every person on earth has an authentic encounter with the Holy Spirit by 2033. He is also the Chairman of the Pentecostal World Fellowship, bringing together Spirit-filled movements from around the globe.

Dr. Wilson is also a noted author and hosts the weekly television program “World Impact with Dr. Billy Wilson,” reaching audiences in over 150 nations.
