About: Ashley Wilson
Empowered21
Ashley Wilson is a leader with a deep passion for global evangelism and Spirit-empowered ministry. In 2023, he was appointed Global Executive Director of Empowered21, an international network connecting Spirit-filled leaders, churches, and ministries to accelerate the Great Commission. He provides strategic oversight for Empowered21’s regional networks, events, and initiatives, which serve over 650 million believers worldwide.
His journey in ministry leadership includes serving as the Assistant Director of Empowered21 and playing a significant role in organizing historic gatherings such as the Azusa Street Centennial, which drew tens of thousands to celebrate the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Ashley holds a degree from Lee University and is furthering his leadership training with an MBA from Oral Roberts University.

Under Ashley’s leadership, Empowered21 has launched global initiatives that mobilize evangelists, equip churches, and foster unity among Spirit-filled believers. One of the network’s most ambitious missions is to ensure that every person on earth has an authentic encounter with Jesus Christ by Pentecost 2033.
He was a key organizer of Amsterdam2023, a groundbreaking gathering of evangelists and leaders from over 125 nations, aligning ministries worldwide for a decade of global Gospel outreach. His heart is to see unity, strategy, and innovation work hand in hand to reach the nations.

As Global Executive Director of Empowered21, Ashley Wilson plays a key role in shaping the vision of the EveryONE Thailand Project. This initiative is a collaborative effort between global and Thai leaders to mobilize evangelists, churches, and organizations to reach every province of Thailand with the Gospel.
His leadership connects EveryONE Thailand to the broader mission of Empowered21, ensuring strategic alignment with the goal of reaching every person on earth by 2033.
